Question
In Genesis 3 how would you interpret the woman's thoughts in the Bible Verse?

Answer
I am not sure, Michelle, what you are asking.  However, I offer a few thoughts on the chapter.
The reality is that the first couple disobeyed a commandment of God and so lost the special privileges that they had enjoyed.
The sacred author presents a very intriguing, psychological analysis of temptation to sin.  The woman falls for the appearance [some good aspect]of what is forbidden.  The man falls for the woman's presentation.  Then begins a blame game [someone else was responsible]from the man to the woman to the serpent.
I think the chapter offers much matter for thought and insight when one is tempted to do evil.
If I have missed your intent, please feel free to write again with some specifics.
Best wishes.
