QuestionWhere in the Bible can I find that it says no man has the right to embarrass or insult another.
AnswerI am not sure what you mean by insult and embarrass. I could not find either word in the KJV. You may be using another version.
I think you may be referring to a text you have seen in Proverbs. I looked up the word ROD and came across a few text that may help you find an answer. The Bible calls for correction. I am not certain this is the answer you are looking for but this is the direction I felt you were leaning towards.
If there is a text from another version of the Bible that you can remember I can look into this further.
