About Mr. McClellan
Expertise I can answer questions concerning Christian doctrine as well as other kinds of questions relating to religion.
Experience My education puts me second to none in this area and I have had over forty years experience in the area of teaching Christian theology, doctrine, apologetics, hermeneutics, history, and philosophy. Publications: Among the things that I have written is a summary of the entire Bible that is intended to help people put it all together and quickly understand exactly what the writers of the Bible intended for everyone to understand. By reading it and then reading the Bible, the correct understanding should be quite clear and a sincere student will recognize that they have received an invaluable aid to knowing how to correctly interpret the Bible so that they can know, with certainty, that they are understanding it correctly. At the same time, they will be able to recognize the vast number of false doctirnes that are being called Christian doctrines but are only the teachings of men and have no more authority than any oridinary man can give them.

Question QUESTION: ..its in one of the epistles. It says not to talk about things that you dont know indepth, because it will affect others in a bad way. .ie. you talk about something and you are wrong about it and it will somehow hurt the other brother. One person helped me on Ask Yahoo find Jude 1:10, which is close, but this verse deals with believers.
ANSWER: Hi Jonathan,
Jude is talking about some people who may have been claiming to be Christians, that is people who'd been baptized into faith in Christ, but they were saying things that proved them to be unbelievers. They were saying untrue things about God and Jesus while not having a correct understanding of what they were talking about. There are huge numbers of people like that today who claim to be "experts" on the Bible but who know very little or none. James warns people about wanting to be teachers when they don't really know what they are talking about. Lets see, James 3 thru 5 to get the context.
I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Mr. McClellan

QUESTION: I read it but it is not it. Actually it is all found in 1 single verse. It says just to not talk about things that you do not know about, since it could harm others.
Answer Hi Jonathan,
Have you found what you're looking for yet? Have you tried using a concordance? That idea is presented in so many places that it's difficult to determine just which passage you're talking about. If it said that in just those words, it would be simple to find but it must not be exactly in those words. What version of the Bible are you using? That makes a big difference in locating a specific passage.
I normally use the ASV, NIV, or the NKJV and compare those with the original languages if there seems to be some problem with the interpretation. Sometimes I quote from a more modern version if the wording is more clear to 21st century minds and still holds the original concept.
Sincerely.
Mr. McClellan
