Question
Hello, from what I have learned about the quaker beliefs and disbeliefs, I can't help but question the fact that they believe that Jesus wasthe embodiment of Gods word, not the bible. But what is bothering me is the only reason they know about Jesus is through the bible, which they dont take literally or sometimes not at all. So my question is, how could Quaker followers believe in someone that only exist in something they dont believe in?

Answer
Natalie, You have raised an interesting question. If you visit Google search and type "Quaker beliefs" into the search window, you will be directed to numerous sites which explain what Quakers believe.

It is usually best to get information from the source, rather than another's view.

I can also help people understand issues related to the ceremonial law and Decalogue in the New Testament. As an SDA, I read more than fifty of Ellen G. White's books in their entirety. I can answer questions about Adventism, from the perspective of a well read member for more than thirty years. Martin Luther's treatise, "The Freedom of a Christian Man" is one of my favorite Christian writings. If I am not comfortable answering a specific question, I will try to refer you to a good resource.
