Question
How many people in the bible was recorded of have the holy Spirit.

Answer
Angel,

Thanks for the question.  There are very many people who are recorded as having the holy spirit.  This is not an all inclusive list:

The spirit rested on Moses; Aaron; the 70 elders (Numb. 11:16); Joshua (Num. 27:17); Othniel, Samson and the other judges (e.g. Judges 3:10); Samuel the prophet (1 Sam 10:6)(and all of the prophets), Saul, whom he annointed (1 Sam 11:6), and then David (1 Sam 16:13); Elijah and Elisha (cf. 2 Kings 2:9); Mary, for the spirit of the Lord "overshadowed" her, as it did the ark in the desert, which rendered her pregnant.  Jesus, of course, was graced by the spirit (which belonged uniquely to him) at his baptism in at the hands of John.  All of the apostles, and those in the upper room at pentecost (cf. Acts 2).  And all Christians are given the holy spirit via baptism and confirmation most especially (though these are retained validly only in the Catholic and Orthodox Churches).

Gal 5:16 – Live in accordance with the spirit and you’ll not live in accordance with the flesh.

Hope that helps.
