2: Trinitarian character of God is direct and inevitable consequence of God!s nature as Love. Could U pl: explain to me. PAx Christi James N Bombay (R/C)

Answer
Hi James,
I don't understand the "concept" of "procession." It must be some kind of false teaching because I've never heard of it.
The trinity, as described in the Bible, is composed of three spirit beings who worked together in creating the universe. They are known as "the father, the son, and the holy spirit." It may be that there are a large number of such spirit beings because of what is said in the beginning of Genesis 6 concerning the "sons of God" and their taking human wives. However, the translation of this passage is not something that scholars have been able to reach a consensus on. Don't worry though because it isn't something that you'd need to know, no matter how curious you may be about it, in order to learn how you are supposed to fit into God's plan for you. Read John 1:1-18 and you'll see that it plainly says that Jesus was involved in creating the universe but that he made himself into a human to demonstrate that humans can avoid sin and are therefore without a legitimate excuse for disobeying God. He also allowed himself to be murdered to show the outcome of the sins of humans and to draw to himself those who were touched by his sacrifice so that they would let him be their Lord, the master of their lives, and turn away from their sinful ways that only lead to death.
In the first chapter of Genesis, God said, "Let us..." which makes it clear that God is more than one being. It would be like the McClellan family is composed of more than just me. In other words, the word "God" describes a group of related beings the way that my name, "McClellan" desribes a group of related people. The Bible describes the members of God to be totally in agreement on everything so that when you say that God did something, or that God said something, you are saying that even though one member did or said something it was the same as all of them doing or saying it.

Pax Christi USA is the Catholic Peace Movement. However, they are using a different idea of peace than is used in the Bible. Their teaching is based on a very false teaching that actually promotes rebellion against God via the false philosophy of pluralism. The peace that is talked about in the Bible is about mankind first making peace with God by asking for and getting forgiveness of sins upon obeying the gospel, or the good news about the gift of immortality for those who will be faithful to Jesus' teachings, which includes practicing treating other people the way they would want other people to treat them and avoiding sin. Of course, if people everywhere would do this the world would certainly be a much better place to live. But, it can never happen as long as the false idea of religious pluralism is promoted. According to the Bible, there is only one way to regain God's favor after a person has started living in disregard of it or rebellion to it. There is only one true religion and that religion is known as Christianity. All other religions are false and their teachings do not lead to immortality. This is why Jesus commanded his apostles to go everywhere and try to get people to leave their false religions and become faithful Christians. See the last chapters of Matthew, Mark, and Luke for example. Also, see at least the first two chapters of the book of Acts which was written by Luke who was a historian that traveled with the apostle Paul and recorded a lot of what happened on their travels together. Be aware also, that Jesus clearly condemned the Jews for their false teachings and sinful ways and called them sons of the Devil, enemies of God, and said that they needed to change their beliefs and follow him instead. If Islam had existed at that time, he most certainly would have condemned it too along with it's founding false prophet.

It sounds like you have learned some language used by the Catholic Church. That church is not representative of the church you can read about in the Bible. It is a false form of Christianity that teaches a great many things that are false and not actually found in the Bible and I don't try to keep up with every false teaching that humans invent by twisting the scriptures to mean whatever they like. There's just way too many of them!

I can answer questions concerning Christian doctrine as well as other kinds of questions relating to religion. One important thing, among many, that needs clearing up is the meaning of religion. Religion is any system of belief that tries to explain how people should think and behave so that life is the best it can be. The definition found in the dictionary is seriously in error being based on popular but wrong ideas. Email me at and.the.truth.is@GMX.com for a free PDF 5 page introduction to my just completed book, "And The Truth Is?" It's uniquely different and interactive, designed to show you that you can actually know the way, the truth, and the life Jesus spoke of and what he expected people to do to participate in it as well as what to expect if they did.

Experience

My education puts me second to none in this area and I have had over forty years experience in the area of teaching Christian theology, doctrine, apologetics, hermeneutics, history, and philosophy. Publications: Among the things that I have written is a summary of the entire Bible that is intended to help people put it all together and quickly understand exactly what the writers of the Bible intended for everyone to understand. By reading it and then reading the Bible, the correct understanding should become quite clear and a sincere student will recognize that they have received an invaluable aid to knowing how to correctly interpret the Bible so that they can know, with certainty, that they are understanding it correctly. At the same time, they will be able to recognize the vast number of false doctirnes that are being called Christian doctrines but are only the teachings of men and have no more authority than any oridinary man can give them.

Organizations
I belong to no officially recognized organizations. I'm simply a person with a deep and lifelong desire to know the truth, a desire so strong that I have, for more than 50 years, poured myself and a lot of money into finding it and making sure of it. I believe that life is too short and valuable to waste it believing a lot of stuff that isn't true. Everyone can't be right and be in disagreement at the same time and the claims made by the writers of the Bible are simply too serious to guess about.

Publications
It's quite obvious that the Bible is not easy to comprehend thus all the divided opinions about what it teaches. I am finalizing a short treatise on the Bible that I believe will help a lot of people who seriously want to get a clear understanding of what the Bible actually has to say to everyone, a treatise that should take the mystery out of it and show that it really makes sense. People deserve help in recognizing the truth about what the Bible says because there is so much false teaching about it that is actually leading people away from God instead of to God. It should be ready to send out by the end of this year, 2011 or before. Now, you can purchase a PDF copy of my book "And The Truth Is?" on CD. It's very unique and it's interactive. If you're tired of living with a best guess and want to learn for certain what the truth is, this, the result of over 50 years of research and serious study, is what you're looking for.

Education/Credentials
I have two degrees in education, including religious belief systems. I also have many years of experience and many thousands of hours of study and research on which I've based my new book, "The Bible Actually Makes Sense."

Awards and Honors
All of my awards and honors are in the form of compliments from people who've read or listened to my attempts to help them understand what the Bible is about and how to comply with what it actually says. So many have said, in one way or another, that I helped them more than anyone they had ever met. It's comforting to know that my efforts to be of value to others is appreciated.
