Bible Studies/Assignment?

QuestionQUESTION: Hello!Sorry for not responding but my computer had some issues,so can I have another assignment?
ANSWER: Hi Corrina,
It’s good to hear from you again. Actually, since I’ve talked with you, we’ve moved to Thompson Falls, Montana. It’s a big move—1700 miles. Since we were pulling a 5th wheel trailer behind our pickup, we were slowed down and the move itself took us 7 days, counting the Sabbath, on which we didn’t drive.
We’re living at a new address. Actually, it’s a miracle in itself. We arrived on a Monday, wrote a contract to buy a house on Friday. Rented the same house until we close and own the house ourselves, and then moved in (with what we had in our trailer) on Sunday—less than a week from arrival. Wouldn’t you say that God was helping us there?
Assignment: Read Matt. 12:3-8—The Parable of the Sewer
What does each type of soil represent? (You can find the answers in verses 18-23.)
Looking forward to your answers.

QUESTION: Hello!For the first time I can't find the answers.Maybe I am reading it wrong.Is it chapter 12,versus 3-8?Or 18-23?
ANSWER: Corrina,
Good to hear from you. The assignment was this:
Read Matt. 12:3-8—The Parable of the Sewer (a farmer who sews (sows) seeds in the field)
What does each type of soil represent? (You can find the answers in verses 18-23.)
So read the parable in verses 3-8, and then look for the answers in verses 18-23. Then tell me about the different soils--4 of them.
the path
the stony ground
the thistles and weeds
the good ground
It's that simple. It's like having an open book test in school. The teacher asks the questions, and you can look up the answers in the book. In verses 3-8 Jesus tells a story, and you wonder what's it all about. So you look in the book, as it were, in verses 18-23, and He tells you all the answers.
Have a good time.

QUESTION: Okiedokie!
AnswerCorrina,
I'm glad you got your computer fixed, but I can't give you another assignment until you finish this one. You know that in school the teacher gives you an assignment and he/she expects you to do it. I guess I'm a Bible teacher, and I expect you to do this one before I can give you another one.
So here it is again:

Corrina, I pray for you every day. I want you to know Jesus fully, and to give your life to Him. He will give you the peace that you can't find any place else--better than coke, football, messaging, or sex. All of these last only for a few minutes, and then it's over. But the peace that Jesus gives can last for a lifetime--forever!
