QUESTION: SINCE I HAVE FOLLOWED TRUTH, I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TAUGHT THAT IT IS WRONG FOR WOMAN TO CUT THEIR HAIR. I HAVE READ IN THE SCRIPTURES AND HAVE FELT IT IN THE HOLY GHOST THAT THIS IS RIGHT IN GODS EYES. YET, I AM TROUBLED THAT I SEE MORE AND MORE LADIES IN THE UPC CHURCHES CUTTING/TRIMMING THEIR HAIR AND ITS BECOMING MORE AND MORE ACCEPTED. THEY DON'T SEEM TO BE ASHAMED AND TEND TO FLAWNT THEIR FRESHLY TRIMED HAIR. EVEN PASTORS WIFES. THIS BOTHERS ME TREMENDOUSLY. YET, I QUESTION IF THIS OLD TIME TEACHING IS CORRECT, IF I AM UNDERSTANDING WHAT I'M READING AND IF I AM DISCERNING THE HOLY GHOST CORRECTLY.

ANSWER: If you have received revelation that it is wrong to cut your hair, then the question begs to be asked -
Romans 3:1-4  What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision? Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God. For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
Let God be true and every man a liar.
Hang onto your belief and God will honor you.
Hang on to the belief of others and you will receive no honor from God.

QUESTION: I THINK ITS REVELATION FROM GOD. WHAT IF I WAS JUST HOLDING ON TO OLD TIME TEACHING? WHAT IF I AM BEING TOO HARD ON MYSELF? THESE LADIES ARE AND WERE OLD TIMERS IN THE FAITH AND ARE VERY ACTIVE IN PRAYER. THEY ALSO DID NOT CUT THEIR HAIR FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN MOST OF THEM ARE GETTING A TRIMMING AND PASTOR SEEMS TO BE OK WITH IT. HE IS A VERY GODLY MAN THAT FEARS THE LORD AND SPENDS EXTREMES AMOUNT OF TIME IN PRAYER AND A UPC LICENCED PASTOR. SO WHY IS IT OK WITH HIM? WHAT AM I MISSING? PLEASE REFER TO THE PASSAGE IN CORINTHIANS ABOUT HAIR AND PRAY ABOUT IT WITH ME. I AM SCARED TO DEATH TO CUT MY HAIR BUT IS IT EVEN WRONG?

Scripture says: Matthew 24:24  For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

The very elect being those that are filled with the Holy Ghost and baptized in Jesus name.

Stand fast if the Lord has revealved to you about your hair. For it was your personal revelation and not for any one else.
