Question
I sometimes have discussions with friends of mine who are into buddhism. One of the questions they ask is whether a person who sincerely tries to lead a good life, but who has not heard of Jesus, will go to heaven (or maybe has even heard of Jesus, but doesn't necessarily acknowledge his deity).
I answer, yes that I do believe so because Jesus is love and if one truly believes in love, one belives in Jesus.
Am I out of line and is it more complicated than that?

Answer
Dear Paul

ANyone who really rejects esus does not go to heaven. any people never hear about him and are judged according to the level of light they have (Romans2)

Hearing about Jesus means really hearing, not hearing some prejudicial statement...of course we would never condemn someone who never really heard but would have accpeted Him had they heard, would we? How much better than us our father in heaven?

God bless
