Dear Henry,
   Thanks for writing.  I'm not sure I am clear on your questions, but about true satisfaction now and forever, if we respond to our Creator as He has said in His book, the Bible, then we have His promise to help us become all He designed us to be.
   Genesis 1:26 explains that God created us in His image, so we are made to reflect Him like a mirror reflects our image.  Because we have all turned away from Him (sinned), we aren't able to reflect His perfection.  That's why God the Son became a human to take the punishment for our sins, so we could be forgiven and share in His perfection, fulfilling our purpose of reflecting His image.
   Matthew 6:33 says, "Seek first the kingdom of God (desire to serve God as your King above all else) and His righteousness (not your own), and all these things (your needs) shall be added unto you."
   Romans 6:23 "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."  Do you wish to have Jesus as your Lord, and have eternal life?
   Hebrews 11 lists a number of people in history who had faith in God to follow Him as He directed.  I pray that you join these people and many others, included myself, who have eternal life with our Source of life, love, and everything good!
