Question
my preacher led a sermin on how a guy who goes to my church has a curse on him from god for taking his kid out of church while in a fight with the mother of the child .

my question is if you have any knowledge of where these scriptures are, due to the rarity of me ever hearing of them before.  I my self don't think god would curse the one he loves but then again a preacher most likely would not lie for it is a sin and would ruin his popularity in a church if they found out other wise.I need your help to see if i need to go find another church please answer my question I'm in desperate need.

I would ask your pastor to give you the scriptural quotes to support his view. Depending on how your pastor answers you, you will know whether you should stay in this church or leave. It's okay to look around at other churches. God doesn't require you to stay in just one. You should look around if you feel the pastor has problems. It's not a sin to investigate other churches.
