Question
Dear Dr. Readout. Holy greetings to you in thee mighty name of Jesus Christ. Per chance, are you affiliated with the United Pentecostal Church?

Answer
Dear David,

Thank you for your question.  It provokes a smiling comment, three questions, and a declaration in response, before I give you the answer I give to everyone who asks that particular question.

The smiling comment is this:
My organizational affiliation is not in any way "per chance."  It was and is entirely deliberate, as will be explained below.

The three questions and declaration are:
Why do you call me "Dr. Readout"?  Have i ever claimed such a title?
What difference would any particular organizational affiliation make? Man made organizations, even those mightily anointed of God, do not change the truth as it is recorded in the Word of God.

I normally would not give more personal information than that which is available in the public biography, or available to a serious investigator.  One of the reasons is simple precaution.  Another is that I know some people can be so blinded by organizational prejudice that they would refuse to see the truth from the page of scripture if it was presented by someone from “the wrong organization.”  I’d rather my answers not be subjected to such prejudice, but rather to be judged on their scriptural merits.

I also do not ask for personal information as a condition for giving my time and effort to answer questions.  I am as curious as anyone else about such things, but I respect the privacy of questioners, and also know that I am not going to take the time to validate whatever details they might write to me.  Nevertheless, the following comments may satisfy some of your curiosity on this matter.

The organization through which I have obtained my ministerial credentials is a fellowship of ministers.  The fellowship owns no local church buildings, does not determine the service locations of its members, and other things common to most church denominations.  It does provide credentials, organizational structure, protections from ministerial abuse for its ministers and the congregations they serve, and help facilitate world evangelization.  So, it is not a denomination, as other organizations are.  In addition, my ministry had been established for almost five years, in five states, and recognized by several organizations and independent church groups, prior to my seeking ministerial credentials from any organization. My credentials were those written in the hearts of the people to whom I ministered. However, thirty-five years ago I sought the affiliation I now have because I was instructed by the Lord to do so.  It is an organization which gives me the liberty to teach and preach the truth I have received, and also shares many of the illuminations the Lord has given me.

If you have some serious need to know my specific organizational affiliation, email me directly at the address given in my profile.  Please include "AllExperts.com" in the subject line, so it can get through the spam filters. I will discuss the matter with you privately.
