Question
Will the white throne judgment be in new Jerusalem? and in
this event would we be able to recognize those lined up for
judgment since all are to appear before God?

Thank-you for your question.
We don’t know for certain where the Last Judgment will take place – the Bible (Revelation chapters 20 and 21 describe the final judgment and the New Jerusalem) doesn’t tell us. I’m sure we will recognize people at that time, though scripture certainly isn't specific on this point either.
