Hi i am very pleased that you read the bible in the greek moreover the hebrew as i have a question comcerning a particular pqaaqge in the bible.The passage is 1 samuel 17:50-51.the new king james verson traslates it thusly "50 So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone, and struck the Philistine and killed him. But there was no sword in the hand of David. 51 Therefore David ran and stood over the Philistine, took his sword and drew it out of its sheath and killed him, and cut off his head with it" Most other literal translations translate it very similar but i was wonderingf if you could translate it for me word for word please.Thank you very much.
