Question
Hi,
I have been interested in reading the bible in terms of how it can be applied to my life. I like the book of Sirach, it is practical to me. Are there any other books similar to that you would recommend? I appreciate your time to help me.

I commend you for your desire to study the Bible.
If you are looking for books of the Bible that are particularly practical in nature, I would recommend that you read Proverbs and James.
Also, the Gospel of John and the book of Romans include both sound theology and practical application. In John, the practical is interwoven, while in Romans, a theological foundation is established in the first 11 chapters, while the remaining chapters build on the theology with application of what came before.
