1.Is there any limitation for women in the Church?

2. Why is it that most of the higher officials in the Church are men? Are there any reasons about this?

Very many questions you ask.....

I am answering you as a Christian and follower of Jesus Christ and His teachings.

Firstly in the kingdom of God there is no difference between man or woman. (My credible basis is the bible, the holy scriptures which Jesus said could never be broken):-

Galatians 3:27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

The promise of Abraham is the Holy Spirit with the spiritual gifts.This is poured out on men and women alike. Enabling men as well as women to heal, deliver and convert the sinner. As equals . In His kingdom , which exists here on earth now in the spirit realm, there is no distinction between men or women, or race or culture or anything else. The human spirit stands equal before God and equal in the operation of the Holy Spirit gifts. of 1 Corinthians 12 & 14 and Romans 11.

However the church is made up of human spirits living inside a human body and there there is a distinction. Men lead the family, not women.Men are the federal head of the home. The family.

1 Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ.
2 Now I praise you, brethren, that you remember me in all things and keep the traditions just as I delivered them to you. 3 But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God."

Our priesthood is from the kingdom not from the earthly local church. In this kingdom we wear priestly robes of the anointings of God, not clothes of men and fashioned by men.

In the local church there should not be any leaders by women. However if a women prophesies then what she prophesies may lead, namely the word of the Lord. For God's voice speaks His directives and leads the real church of Christ. For Christ is the living word and the true church are the believers who hear His voice.

Women must come under the leadership of men. This is because God designed men to lead and women to follow, no matter what western society supposedly enlightened tries to conceive and dictate. God's order remains the same regardless. It is given to the nature of men to lead and to the nature of women to submit and follow.

The Pope is a man, not God. If he speaks from God then we follow it. If any man speaks from God then we follow it but we do not follow him as a man. In his manliness he does not lead us for the scripture says that we must be lead by the Holy Spirit.  Romans 8:14.


Often the earthly or local church organization goes wrong and opposes the very will of God. It is comprised of men who, if the work in their flesh will bring the devil's will into the church. Only those directed and appointed by the holy Spirit to bring God's word are correct. Every man can make mistakes, of course. Throughout history we church killing heretics as the old testament dictates and not as the teachings of Christ direct. This was very wrong for followers of Christ would never kill people no matter what their beliefs.

Christ did not come to condemn but to deliver the world.

John 3:17
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.


The basic role of women is to look after the home and support the men. To be anointed by the Holy Spirit and minister Christ grace and miracle power today but in a submissive way, not as those leading in the church.
