what does this mean, I just cant figure it out. John 16:11 "and about judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned"
Jn.16:11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
Satan is the prince of the power of the air (Eph.2:2). Satan is the god (2 Cor.4:4) of this present evil world (Gal.1:4). Satan is the king/angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue Apollyon (Re.9:11).
Satan is described as a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns (Re.12:3), a piercing and crooked serpent, a dragon that is in the sea (Isa.27:1).
Lucifer has fallen from heaven (Isa.14:12); he claims he will exalt his throne above the stars of God (Isa.14:13 below). He claims he will be like the most High (Isa.14:14).
Lucifer is brought down to hell, to the pit (Isa.14:15). Satan/Lucifer/the Dragon is the king/angel of the bottomless pit (Re.9:11).
The prince of this world IS judged (Jn.16:11 above).
