Question
Hello again!
I read the bible, but I was disheartened to see that it contained very little scientific facts compared to the Quran. Whereas monumental errors are to be found in the Bible, we can't find a single error in the Quran . I mean if a man was the author of the Quran, how could he have written facts in the Seventh century A.D. that today are shown to be in keeping with modern scientific knowledge?  What human explanation can there be for this observation? In my opinion, there is no explanation; there is no special reason when King Dagobert was reigning in France(629-639 A.D.) , have had scientific knowledge on certain subjects that was ten centuries ahead of our own.
Anyway, one of my Muslim friends told me that Quran has never been changed or altered like the Bible.
"The Qur'an, this extraordinary book which was revealed to the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (peace and blessings of Almighty be upon him), is a source of inspiration and true knowledge. “Allah Himself is witness that there is no God save Him. And the angels and the men of learning too are witness…There is no God save Him, the Almighty, the Wise.”3:18.The book of Islam-no matter what subject it refers to-is being proved as Allah's Word as each new piece of historical, scientific or archaeological information comes to light. Facts about scientific subjects and the news delivered to us about the past and future, facts that no being could have known at the time of the Qur'an's revelation, are announced in its verses. It is impossible for this information to have been known with the level of knowledge and technology available in 7th century Arabia. With this in mind, shan’t we allow our common sense to speak on behalf of us awhile?
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known that our atmosphere is made up of seven layers?
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known the precise date of the lunar landings?
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known the exact ratio of the sea to the land?
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known the atomic number every single element?
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known the genetic code of all living organisms?
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known that the star ‘Sirius’ is the brightest star in the night sky?
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known that the universe is "steadily expanding," as the Qur'an puts it, when modern scientists have only in recent decades put forward the idea of the "Big Bang"?
“And He shows you His signs. So, which of the signs of Allah do you deny?” 40:81
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known about the fact that each individual's fingertips are absolutely unique, when we have only discovered this fact recently, using modern technology and modern scientific equipment?
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known about black holes, Pulsars, the Rosette Nebula, sub-atomic particles, quantum physics, fossilization and iron content, the layers of Earth, the weight of clouds, the relativity of Time, the Force of Gravity, the Orbital Movements, the sun’s trajectory, the programming in genes, the sun’s hydrogen and helium content, or many other facts scientists of our day are only just beginning to discover?
‘My Lord encompasses all things in His knowledge, so will you not pay heed?’ An'am: 80
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known about the role of one of Pharaoh's most prominent aids, Haman, when the details of hieroglyphic translation were only discovered two centuries ago?
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known that the word "Pharaoh" was only used from the 14th century B.C. and not before, as the Old Testament erroneously claims?
Could anyone in 7th century Arabia have known about Ubar and Iram's Pillars, which were only discovered in recent decades via the use of NASA satellite photographs?
The only answer to these questions is thus : the Qur'an is the Word of the Almighty Allah, the Originator of everything and the One Who encompasses everything with His knowledge. In one verse, Allah says, "If it had been from other than Allah, they would have found many inconsistencies in it." (Qur'an, 4:82) Every piece of information the Glorious Qur'an contains reveals the secret miracles of this divine book. “ In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. The revelation of the Scripture is from Allah, the Mighty, the Wise.Lo! We have revealed the scripture unto thee (Muhammad) with truth”.XXXIX:1, Al-Quran"
Honestly, I couldn't find any answers to these questions... Who else could have known all these?
Thanks
Sara

Answer
Sara,
I already answered you in my previous answer and would have rejected this barrage of related questions, but I would like to explain something to you. You clearly are not just considering Islam as you initially stated but are indeed Muslim. I referred you to a book, which is free and online, even in mp3 audio and .pdf document if you wish to download it, which will give you all of the specific information you are lacking. I will tell you plainly that Islam is a false religion, a lie, and people, like Muhammad, try to make it truth by twisting partial truths, but it's still a lie. The Bible does not contain "monumental errors" and in fact, has no errors in the original (which we know), only minor typos in manuscript copies, which would be expected. As far as any scientific truth in the Quran, which you believe they couldn't have known, it's nonexistent and regardless, would be impossible to prove. You also provide no references but I'm already aware of the vague references you refer to. However, in case you didn't notice, you are posting your question in "Bible Studies," which you question is not, and you seem to simply want to convince me that the Quran and Islam is truth, which it is not.

I can only hope that you will be wise enough to listen to those outside of Islam and read the wonderful resource I recommended to you. The website is prophetofdoom.net and please go there right now to have all of your questions answered. I will not entertain other Islamic questions but if you have sincere questions about the Bible, I will be happy to help. Keep in mind, however, that there are hundreds of resources which explain Bible difficulties and you might want to refer to one of them if you have the typical questions which have been answered over and over. You can also refer to gotquestions.org, where there are currently 259,590 Bible Questions Answered.

I hope this helps.
