Question
I was thinking that the off spring of King Solomon & the Queen of Sheba gave the beginning of the culture known as Ethiopians.

It’s true that there is an Ethiopian legend to this effect, however there is no Biblical attestation to this belief. And, what’s more, there is no historical/archeological evidence supporting the legend. You can read the Biblical account of the Queen’s visit to King Solomon in 1 Kings 10:1-13 and 2 Chronicles 9.
