I would like to get the answer to where in the Bible they say don't be like the straw-man that blows which ever way the wind blows please

They do not mention straw man. I believe that what you are referring to is the man who is a man of doubt....tossed to and fro by the wind. He has no faith and cannot stand....? This is found in the book of James chapter 1....

""5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.""


The next time you find the wind mentioned in relationship to man's character is in Ephesians 4.....


11""And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,""


There is no mention of straw men but certainly that description fits the bill in both these cases.
