QuestionI'm looking for a Biblical verse that involves the existence of angels.
I'm working on a short story where two people are discussing paranormal events and instead of the second person just saying "Angels did it." I want the line to be: "Did you ever read the Bible..." along with a Biblical verse to allow the first person to realize angels exist and are looking over humanity.
Can you provide me with a verse that best fits this?
Answer"angels exist and are look over humanity".
“The angel of God is camping all around those fearing him, and he rescues them.” (Psalm 34:7)
"Are they not all spirits for public service, sent forth to minister for those who are going to inherit salvation? (Hebrews 1;14)
"From Jesus we learn that angels are deeply interested in people. He said: “Joy arises among the angels of God over one sinner that repents.”—Luke 15:10.
Jesus Christ, in his prehuman existence (as an angel), said: “The things I was fond of were with the sons of men.” (Proverbs 8:31)
However, we must recognize that angels are primarily in the service of God, not that of humans. (Psalm 103:20, 21) They respond to God’s direction, not to man’s summonses or requests. Hence, the one to call upon for help is Jehovah God, not the angels. (Matthew 26:53) Of course, since we do not see the angels, we cannot determine to what extent God uses them in helping people with various matters.
