hello sir,i'm a 20 years old male.sir ,for couple of months i have been trying to find the true religion,the real god.i'm quite curious and want to find out does god really exist and if he exists ,which religion is the correct one.sir what i want to know is not about christianity but i would like to know why do you think that this is the real religion chosen by god himself.what proves that this religion is the chosen one.i would be very grateful if you could help me in making the right choose.thank you.

For me, what we believe is not about religion, it is about faith.  Religion is the system of faith that can be derived by man and is too often corrupted.  Therefore, I will talk here about faith.  

In my life, I have seen the power of God through faith in Jesus Christ work in my life and in the lives of others.  The Bible says that faith is the assurance of things hoped for and the conviction of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1).  There is a hope that Christians have and the confidence to know that Jesus was right when he said "I am the way, the truth and the life.  No one comes through the Father except through me" (John 14:6).  The proof is that God says this is the case, there is assurance that God is working in my life and the lives of others, and the conviction -- faith -- that God has provided the way to Himself through His only Son.  

I encourage you to read the Bible and find this evidence yourself.  If you start in the book of John, you will see how God provided for salvation fom eternal separation from Him.

Using the Bible as my primary source and references in support of it, I am willing to answer questions on subjects from the Old and New Testaments. My faith is based on biblical Christianity and fundamental views from the Bible. I cannot answer questions about specific sects or religious organizations nor can I address religions outside biblical Christianity. Greek lauguage study has helped me gain additional insight into the New Testament but most of my reference work is done in English and, to a lesser degree, German.

Experience

Personal Bible study over the years, lessons delivered in Sunday School settings and messages during organized services, and leading Bible study series have prepared me to be comfortable addressing questions from others.

Education/Credentials
Formal study includes Greek language. I am a layman without a theological degree. Training has come from sitting under the ministry of excellent Bible teachers for my entire adult life, personal study, and selected courses. Secular educaitonal background includes an undergraduate engineering degree, graduate work in engineerign and business, and advanced courses in business and theology.
