Question
In the Splintered Kingdom, who are the Kings of the North and South compared to and how does this relate to us today?

Answer
Dear Ina,
Thanks for writing.  I don't know that the Bible compares the kings of Israel and Judah to anyone as a group.  Christians are sort of related to Judah through our "Brother" Jesus Christ, Who was of the tribe of Judah.
There are a lot of lessons we can learn from God's dealings with the kings of Israel and Judah.  May your time reading God's Word be helpful in shaping your life to glorify our Creator.
   Sincerely,
   Priscilla

I have time for you. The Bible has been my guiding light for most of the 56 years of my life. My missionary parents in Brazil kindled a love for God`s Word by their example and their love for truth. The Lord has blessed my husband and me with responsible, independent children who love and serve the Lord and are our best friends. I would enjoy discussing any subject or problem from a Biblical perspective.
