Question
hello and thank you for taking my question. I would like to know when exactly the scythians conquered Judea and for how  long. Thank you

         Pete

Answer
The Scythians, 8th century BC in today's southwestern Russia, entered Palestine as part of a raid southward through Syria as far as the borders of Egypt.  Herodotus, historian, dates the raid about 625 BC.
In the OT, they appear under the name Ashkenaz in Gen 10:3, I Chron 1:6, Jer 51:27; Paul in Col 3:11 uses Scythian to represent extreme barbarism.
Hope these thoughts help.
Best wishes, Peter.
