Question
This is quite a big question and I'm not sure how to answer it in the round.What are the great influences that the Bible has on the western world£¿Especially on their daily life.Thanks for you helping.

An endless and eternal question.
It inspired almost every aspect of Western culture.
Much of Christianity
Much of Judaism
Much of Islam
The US Constitution is based on it.
Our system of justice
Our moral standards
Literacy (I learned to read from it literally)
Habeas Corpus rights
Equality of all person
Civil rights
Education
Medicine
The Arts
Music
Charities of all kinds
Architecture
Marriage as an institution
Marriage vows
Certain of our prejudices like homophobia
It has inspired wars
Capital punishment
Religious intollerance
I think an easier list would be what the Bible hasn't inspired.
It is the best selling book in human history by far and nothing else has had even close to its impact of on world history (not just the West because we, based on it, have deeply impacted the world).
