Question
What are the Bible's teachings about children must live with their parents after
married or when parents are old?

Answer
There isn't a verse "commanding" us to live with our parents. However, taking care of the parents was a respect thing. I Timothy 5:4 says "first show piety (which means respect)and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God." The word requite has several meanings which include to recompense, repay, and restore. All of which leads us to believe that we should take care of our parents. You don't have to live with them but sticking them in a foster is not taking care of them nor repaying them that is passing the buck.  Any more questions request a follow up question.

Jesus, Himself, made provision for John to take care of His mother, (John 19:26) why wouldn't we do the same?
