Thurman
Good afternoon, I'm curious about who were the actual people who spoke/conversed with God himself. I know moses did at the burning bush. I know there were others but for some reason I just can't think of them right now. can you help me jar my memory?

Thanks for your question.
Yes, there have been many who talked with God. Abraham, at the oaks of Mamre when he welcomed the LORD and two angels, just before bargaining with the LORD over the fate of Sodom. He also talked with the LORD on a number of other occasions, including while poised to take the life of his promised son on Mt. Moriah--when God told him that He would bless Abraham because he had not withheld his son when God asked him to sacrifice him.
Isaiah in chapter 6, and most of the prophets talked with God at one time or another.
Of course, everyone who walked and talked with Jesus talked with God, for Jesus was God in human flesh.
And you and I can talk with God any time we like by merely directing our words or thoughts to Him in prayer.
