Hi,

I read the Bible aloud, almost everyday. Usually, I read a chapter from the OT, one from the Psalm, Proverbs,Ecclesiates, or Song of Solomom and the last chapter from the NT.

I wanted to know where America comes in during the last days? It seems that America could be included with Great Britian, since a large number of immigrants arrived form there.

As well as I can deduce, the British empire was once a part of the Roman empire. Is that correct?

If any of the above is accurate, does that mean America is ultimately on the "wrong side" in the end times?

Can you help me with these questions, please?

In my study of Bible prophecy, the only place I have found that the United States is mentioned is at Zechariah 14:2, below.

The battle, which ALL NATIONS will be involved in, will be fought at the Sixth Trumpet, Second Woe (Re.9:13).  The battle will be fought for a specific amount of time (Re.9:15), and it will conclude with the slaying of the two prophets, three and a half day prior to the ascension (Re.11:8-12).  This battle will be fought against the residue of the people who shall not be cut off from the city (Zech.14:2 below).

Zech.14:2   For I will gather ALL NATIONS against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and HALF the city shall go forth into captivity, and THE RESIDUE OF THE PEOPLE SHALL NOT BE CUT OFF FROM THE CITY.
