Expert: Spirit Sword - 5/28/2007

Question
Dear Spirit Sword, I picked you cause I like your name.  Angels stand with a sword ready to do battle for the Lord.  My question if this:  Would God talk to someone that is living today?  Then my second question is:  Why is he talking to me?  I don't know anything about the bible and I don't go to Church.  Wouldn't the Pope be a better choice?  Anyway I will tell you what he told me in a series of dreams.  The first was from God, the second from Jesus and the last was from the Holy Ghost.  This is what God said about the meaning of First is Last and Last is First as written in Revelation:  In the morning I go to Heaven.  In the afternoon is my life.  In the evening I die, death.   The meaning of the dreams is: First is Last.  Birth is Last.  Last is that your Born in Heaven.
Now does this make sense to you?  Is this written in the Bible anywhere else besides in Revelation?  Then is this information from God just for me or does he want me to share it with everyone?  God did not ask me to do anything.  He told me a number of things.  No one believes me for good reason.  The reason no one believes me is that your nuts if God talked to you or me.  God also said I am on his left side.  Is it bad to be on his left side?  Now I am a woman so my thought is that God left side is his weaker side.  Reading the bible puts me to sleep and most of the time I don't understand it so I have another question.  Are there twins in the bible, Jesus brings up twins.  I don't know what the means.  Last of all I think that I am the only person now living that God is talking to.  That distesses me.  Your thoughts are welcome.  If you want to tell me to seek help like all of the other non believers feel free.

I believe what you are saying but I'm very skeptical as to whether or not it is coming from God.
There are three sources of where this type experience could come from:   

1 - From your own mind
2 - From Satan   2 Corinthians 11:13-15
3 - From God Himself

Now the reason why I'm very skeptical that this experience has come from God is because the Bible has been completed.  All that God wants to speak to mankind is written in the pages of the Holy Bible and if God wants to reveal something to us He will now reveal it by His Holy Spirit through and understanding of His divine Word.      

Now ask yourself this question, how is it possible that I absolutely know that this dream is truly from God and not from another source such as my own mind?   If I had dreams such as these this would be the very first question I would ask myself.    The way many prophets in the Old Testament and New Testament knew that God was speaking to them or that a prophet was truly sent by God was the fact that God would confirm His message through a divine miracle.   A true miracle is one that is defined as something that goes against the physical laws that God established for this universe.   (ie, walking on water, raising the dead, turning water into wine etc…)  

If God can speak to you through a dream or a vision you can also agree with me that He can speak to you directly through His Word as well?    If God is truly trying to speak to you why not pray to Him and ask Him to speak to you through His Word alone and then diligently read the Bible to know what God is trying to say to you?     I would say that this would be a good start to understanding the message God is trying to bring to you since you can trust God’s Word 100%.
