Question
Please explain bout"the day of the Lord"

Answer
"The Day of the Lord" is a Biblical phrase, alluding to "the day (or moment) when "God arises" to confirm
what He has spoken"
As far as to "When" it is, it actually depends on WHAT He is referring to, in His speaking!
If it is concerning "some eternal purpose or event" then it is "the prophetic moment in the future, when He arises to bring it to pass".
Example: the judgement of the lost in Revelations 20:11.That "Day of the Lord" is a yet future event waiting to unfold.
"The Day of the Lord" in the present time/space reference, alludes to The moment we actually believe His Word, and our faith reaches out, and literally causes God to "arise"
and vindicate His Word, in our behalf.
I hope this helps. If you require more information in regards to some specific point about this, feel free to ask again.
