Question
What were the latin words Pilate spoke when he "washed his hands"?

Answer
Since I haven't kept up on my Latin,  I cannot give an exact translation from the original words given in the Bible.

The Greek translation of Pilate's words:
Matt 27:24
"légoon  athoóós  eimi apó toú toútou "

Pilate didn't seem to know the old Latin sayings which applied to his action:

"Protestatio non valet contra factum" = "In vain does he protest against the deed which at the same time he perpetrates."

Sorry.  You will have to address this question to a Latin scholar.
