Hi I heard about some people dieing from the heat. And I was wondering if know the bible relates anything to this, or mentions anything about this, or is this something that is a prophecy , or something that's supposed to happen in the end times, or have you heard anyone relating it to the bible? Does the bible use non literal text to describe this? Also ther was this movie that is called “the prophecy” and it said the angels were jealous so they  wage war against humanity. Does the bible mention any of this or relate? Will this happen during the end times ?

The Bible talks about cataclysmic events that will take place in the final days preceding the return of Jesus Christ to earth. The book of Revelation goes into great detail about these events, as do the latter chapters of Daniel.

While the events mentioned do not include death as a result of heat, there are prophecies of events that may include fire and destruction from meteors(?) falling to the earth.

It's hard to predict HOW certain prophetic events may be fulfilled, but, when the foretold events take place, it will be clear that they are, indeed, the very prophecies that were mentioned in the Bible.

There is some controversy on this issue, but I believe that the Bible teaches us that the rapture will take place before these cataclysmic events take place. The rapture is the event during which true believers are taken out of the world and are spared from the judgment to follow (I Thessalonians 4:13-18). A 7-year period of tribulation will follow, during which time God's wrath will be poured out on makind in an attempt to reveal God and draw others to Himself(Daniel 9:20-27, 12:1, Revelation 4-18). Because the rapture has not yet taken place, the prophetic events of Revelation cannot yet take place.

As to the movie, The Prophecy, it's based only loosly on actual end-time events. It is not Biblically accurate and cannot be relied upon for helpful information about prophecy. It's just entertainment, using a Biblical theme as the central focus of its plot.
