Question
Where in the bible can you find the phrase the lord is. Like in Exdus 9:27 which says the lord is righteous. And Psalms 23: the lord is my shepard. Where else can I find this phrase?

Here is a sampling (I tried to skip repitions). You can find these kind of things by using a good concordance.

Exo 15:2  The LORD is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him.
Exo 15:3  The LORD is a warrior; the LORD is his name.
Exo 17:15  Moses built an altar and called it The LORD is my Banner.
Deu 4:35  You were shown these things so that you might know that the LORD is God; besides him there is no other.
Deu 4:39  Acknowledge and take to heart this day that the LORD is God in heaven above and on the earth below. There is no other.
Deu 6:4  Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.
