Question
Is there anywhere in the Bible that says St. Peter will be at the Gate to Heaven

I'm not aware of any verse that says St. Peter will be at the Gate to Heaven.
It sounds familiar with a verse that says in Matthew 16:18 "And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it."
But this is probably not what you were looking for.
