Question
Will you go to heaven even if you are a Christian and if you pray before you make a suicided attempt? Will you go to heaven or hell?

Answer
I can't give you a solid answer on what happens when a person murders themselves

If someone commits suicide, it is rejecting God and  God's law.  The fear has always been that that person would never have a chance to repent of having done this.

We only know that God is gracious and DOES NOT WANT anyone to miss out being with Him in heaven for eternity.  We all have sinned and all need God's forgiveness.
Usually when people commit suicide it is because of a lack of faith in God...faith that he will see us through ANY and ALL difficulties that we might be in or are facing.  But who are we to judge the state of another person's mind when they take their own life?  Are they in depression to the point of despair?  Are they being decieved by the devil and think they are doing God a favor by ridding the world of themselves?
We don't know.  It is God's call and He is gracious, yet we cannot approve of such an act because it is against the stated will of God.

Rom 14:4
4 Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand.
(from New International Version)

If it is you who are considering such an act, then know that God is greater than any problem that we can have:

Ps 91:9-16

9 If you make the Most High your dwelling--even the LORD, who is my refuge-- 10 then no harm will befall you,no disaster will come near your tent. 11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; 12 they will lift you up in their hands,so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. 13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra;you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14 "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him;I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. 15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him;I will be with him in trouble,I will deliver him and honor him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation."
(from New International Version)
