Dear Elliot,
   Since there are really only two categories of people (God's people and Satan's people) the Synagogue of Satan would be those who have rejected God's plan of salvation, Jews included.  Everyone is either with God or against God.  Matthew 12:30, Mark 9:40
   Those who have their sins forgiven by the blood of Jesus and have surrendered their lives to God have accepted His plan of salvation.  They are often persecuted by religious people who have rejected God's Way of salvation (Matthew 1:21) but consider themselves God's people anyway.  
   I thank God for the eternal life He has given me, no matter what happens in this short physical life.  He has taken the sting out of death.
