QuestionHi,
I know somebody who just won't accept belief in God because he believes good and evil have arisen over time and societies had rose because people figured they could control people, etc. I can't get the natural law thing to convince him, and he gives a good arugment but i still dont belive him. I talked with him at length and we talked about literature and we spoke of the bible. He seems to believe that the apostles were biased when they wrote the gospels, we can never really know if all this is fact, and that they worte them based on the marxist view that God is created out of fear of not knowing. Also he claims that you can't tell wahts to be taken literally and what is not so its either one or the other or none. I wholeheartedly believe in God but he gives a good argument that i can't respond to. How should I?
AnswerHi,
As a christian, we always gone to find people asking "question" about the Bible, God, or whatever.... some people like to put christian in ambrasse thinking the they know more about the bible th any body else. But, for the same reason that we believe God to be a real being, God mention Satan by name sixty-six times and call him the Devil thirty four times, anyway whatever his name is he is showln to be a mighty person who seks to turn men away from the worship of the true God.
