Hello,
 I am interested in learning about Christianity.  Can you recommend me a book to read that is about Christianity .. like the basics.. how it all started ….you know all of that. Everything I need to know about Christianity. A book that is simple and clear , no “ thy tho ‘ stuff in it. Thanx.

Hi Hoda,
There is a book called "Idiot's guide to Christianity". I have not read it, but usually books of this series are quite good. It is written in laymen's terms.

Here is what you won't find in many books. Christianity is basically this : Man has sinned against God, and God came to earth in human form as Jesus to seek man. Man needs to accept God's gift to be saved. To accept God's gift and for your sins to be cleansed, you need to repent of your sins, be baptised in the name of Jesus and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38) Mark my previous sentence. It is very important.
