Bible Studies/dieing with sins

Question
is it possible to die with sins and still go to heaven?  Some people do die without being forgivin and do they go to hell?  Say I was walking down the road and somebody shot me to scare somebody else.  I didn't have time to forgive my sins so would that mean I would to hell?  I mean we all commit sins but, if we die and didn't ask for forgiveness do we go to hell?  And if God loves us all wouldn't he forgive us and let us go into heaven even if we died and didn't ask for forgiveness?

Answer
Among the many facets of your question:
Heaven is a place of never-ending and pefect happiness, a gift not due to human nature, for those who love God.
Hell is for those who have rejected God's love and die in that state of serious [mortal]sin.
Some sins are small while others are serious.  See 1 John 5:16-17.
God wants all persons to be saved.  See 1 Tim 2:2-4.
God does not send people to hell; they send themselves by their rejection of God and His love.
Death is rarely, if ever, instantaneous.  We do have time to repent while we live.
Repentance includes, among other things, true sorrow for sin and resolution of amendment.  Jesus spoke often about forgivenes of sin.  For example, see Mk 2:5ff for Jesus' authority, John 20:22-23 for power given to the apostles, Jas 5:14-15 for anointing the sick.
The above thoughts touch on the main biblical themes involved in your question.  Theologians have much more to say in development of the teachings and themes of the bible.
