| Comment | Thanks for your answer. And for mentioning the "Armor of God" chapter in Ephesians. I have been pondering this question for a few days now. On the one hand, some of what you say is reassuring. On the other hand, it seems like a Christian who's not "on guard" is then more vulnerable than a nonchristian, right? On Sunday, we had a Sri Lankan pastor as guest speaker, and he mentioned how in that culture demon possession is more prevalent than in the US. So afterwards, I talked to him and he said that the evil eye may work or appear to work because satan wants us to be in fear. I have some near neighbors who seem to have an irrational hatred of us, and I wonder if they could try to do something to us. Especially since I'm not always on my guard and in tune with Christ. I'd appreciate your opinion on this. Thanks, Becky | ||

I have studied the Bible and Bible-related topics since the time I was very young. My education includes a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Bible, and a Master of Divinity degree. I enjoy delving into deep theological issues and always enjoy a healthy debate. But more importantly, I like working with people and helping them to find the answers that they are looking for. And I am convinced that these answers are available in the Bible.
By the grace and mercy of God, I have been saved, born again, adopted into the family of God. God has given me a love for the Bible, and for Bible-related subjects. In addition, He has blessed me with ongoing training in the Scriptures, from my youth on up. The more I learn about God through His Word, the more I want to share!
