I'm doing a research paper on gay ministers and I need to find solutions to gay ministers, and whether they should be allowed to lead gay lifes if they'll openly gay.

Actually if you look in 1 Corinthian 6:9 it states that homosexuality is not permitted.  In the NIV version of the Bible it states "Do you not know that the wicked willnot inherit the kingdom of God?  Do not be deceived:  Neither the sexually immoral nor idoloters nor adulterers nor male prostitiues nor homosexual offenders."
So if you look at that they are not permitted whatsoever.
