Question
dear sir
our church paster proposed me a girl she is converted she is a believer and i am also a believer but my problem is she is fat. in marriage how to find the will of god she is good Christian. plz give me ur suggestion

Hello Prasad,
I'd need more information before saying much.
What country do you live in? From your name I'm assuming India or another eastern nation where arranged marriages are more common than they are here in the USA.
Which denomination/sect do you follow? There are very few Christian denominations that practice this.
Arranged marriages are not biblically encouraged for Christians. There is nothing forbidding them, but they are not promoted either. To me this is the bigger issue. I would never allow my pastor to assign me a wife.
As for her being fat. If you loved her I doubt this would be such a big issue for you. The problem is that you do not love her and that you have not chosen her as your wife. When one is love, even physical imperfections can appear attractive.
I would seriously question whether I wanted to allow this pastor, no matter how pious he may be, to dictate my future in this way. As a Christian you are well within your rights to refuse this marriage if you wish.
