There is something about in the bible for the fathers not to treat your sons badly lest they
should be disheartend.
advice about the family like husbands love your wives etc

Thank you for writing, Jessie.  The verse you're thinking about I believe is Ephesians 6:4 "and ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath; but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord."  
   Ephesians 5:25 says, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for it."  There is more in that chapter and in the next one about the family, as well as about other relationships.
