Hello Kaza,
Actually I have 2 questions. My Boys are very different in size and personality. Romeo hates to ride in the car and gets car sick everytime. After he gets home he is very tired and no energy. They both dont like to eat or drink when they first awake in the morning and they only scratch in the morning after waking. They dont eat only late in the evening. No matter what food I buy for them. They are so picky, and dont eat much some days.                  What can I do about these issues?

Bichons are not normally greedy , so long as they eat good quality food then they will be fine, giving fresh fruit and veggies is an important part of a bichons diet.
It baffles me why owners want to feed their pets at night , if adult they dont require food constantly, try to stay with the rule that after 6pm no food is required.Water  maybe .....
Morning itching can be that they are too hot, lower the temp in the house.
Supplement the siet with fish oils and omegas you should find itching is calmed and dogs are not irritable and should have less energy.
Travel sickness give valerian drops and ginger in the diet a few mins (15-20) before the journey, also use DAP spray to calm the dog inside the vehicle.
