Bichon Frise/Potty training

Question
We have a 5 month Bichon. We have had him 2 months. We potty trained him to go outside to pee and poo. He has done so good. Well now that the weather is getting cold and where we live we do get snow in the winter. My question is. Is it too late to try to train Buddy (our Bichon) on the pee pads in the house. We have started trying that with him and he just looks at us and shakes. When we give up and go outside, he goes pee and poo. Will he get confused or do we need to just be patient with him.

Answer
ha ha like most bichons he is spoilt (mine too)
if you give him wee pads inside he will always have tendency to do it indoors.
Just try being patient and leave him outside after a meal,he will potty outside.

Ensure he has either a full coat(his own)  or a wooly jumper on and dont worry, they all try it on

if you dont believe me then take a look at the members on my site www.eurobichons.com

Good luck
