my three year old bichon frise wont stop licking her bottom its either her tail or her bottom but through the night shes licking steady!the bottom of her tail is now discoloured because shes at it so much

Increase fibre in the diet (fibre diet pill)
or give her some benecol in her water.
Wash her in neem oil shampoo www.bichonhotel.co.uk
this will keep her in good condition.
