Question
i got my bijion 3 days ago at 5 weeks old.  She is vomiting milk and small puppy food and is not eating very well.  She is irritable and seems to have a sore tummy.  I really would like to know what to feed her and make her happier. Please help!

sorry for thye delay.
She is likley intolerant to the casein in cows milk , this is now considered more prevalent than the lactose that many initially consider to be the fault, so take her off all cows products and use soy milk, better still use a specific puppy formula like skinners or whelpi, even lactol all are great for pups too that have not been whelped well.Suggest she has not been wormed so use a good puppy all in one wormer, is her belly fat and rounded, then she obviously hasnt been wormed correctly if at all.
Follow all instructions carefully, the all in ones that Bob Martin make are excellent and gentle for Bichons tums, so is panacur at 10% this is what I use.
Place her on a gentle diet, dried food is probably not good until she perks up. Give her omega 3,6,9 fatty acids in her diet as this may help you in the future with this particular puppy.
Fish is excellent for all dogs give plenty fresh cooked fish such as salmon, mackeral, sardines, in fact all oily fish.
scrambled eggs are good too.
