Question
I have an adorable almost one year old make Bichon Frise.  He has pure white fur with the dark halos and black nose.  What I am concerned about is that I'm noticing brown/dark spots (some big some small) on his underlying skin.  Is this normal.  Is there something else going on?

Answer
Hiya Jeanne
this is so normal you wouldnt believe it. Those marks (skin pigmentation) are what all good breeders strive for. Eventually he will look like a piebald on the skin, just about now his coat will chnage too so be careful about now for matts,
if you want more help then feel free to log into my health site its free and has a thriving bichon community.
