Bichon Frise/natural diet & eliminating tear stains

Question
Hi Kaza
I spoke to you previously regarding what to look for in a bichon pup prior to purchasing.
We did purchase our new addition called Flynn and he is adorable (despite having parvovirus three days after brining him from the breeder and subsequently causing us lots of distress for the following week whilst in isolation), anyway he is fine now, however, he does have quite bad tearstains.
I have read that changing him to a natural diet helps to reduce tear staining also that the use of the angel eyes product is effective, however, i have also read that angel eyes is banned in the UK.
I would be most gratefull if you could advise me on which ready made natural diet you would recomend and also on the best product to eliminate tear stains.
P.S. i have kept Flynn on the sensitive tummy tinned food recomended by the vet after he had parvo.
Thanks very much.
Annette

Answer
Dear Anette I did answer this (lost in cyberspace I think )

I would look at home food or a prepared  diet such as
www.prizechoice.co.uk
You can do as we do and buy lambs kidneys, tongue, heart, liver(occasionally) fresh fruit and veg, goats milk and cheeses and probiotic foods.

The list is endless and if you are worried about ensuring the right vits and minerals I have this on site in the diet and nutrition area, even calories for size etc.

You are entitled to sue the breeder and I would its the only way they learn. I can also assist you with that , on site I have legal help for people in your situation.

log in and read the 5000+ topics I have for you.

Cheers and good luck hun
