Bichon Frise/MY dog wets the bed

Question
I have a 14 year old Bichon. Lately when she sleeps/naps She pees on herself. She is not having a seizure and it doesn't happen all the time. Why is she doing this?

Answer
I would take her to the vet, at her age it is rather common, but I think you should get a vets opinion here just in case she has a medical condition.(also common )
Whatever you do please dont tell her off, she is likely to be unaware she is doing it and to scold her at her old age is like telling a 98 year old human off.
I am not suggesting YOU personally wod but these answers can be viewed by the public and I need to make it clear that this is not acceptable.
